Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use clean hands or a fork to mix until evenly incorporated. Add almond flour/breadcrumbs only if the mix feels too loose to shape.

Form 6–8 small patties, about 2½ inches wide and ½ inch thick.

Optional: Chill patties for 10–15 min in the fridge to help them hold together better.
